Sepatu Roda dan Kopdar dengan Cak Nono

kopiSaat backup data di hp ternyata menemukan beberapa foto sewaktu di kota Semarang. Kisah ini belum pernah saya posting sebelumnya. Selagi masih ingat, berikut ini kisahnya:

Ini adalah perjalanan pertama saya ke kota Semarang. Sebuah perjalanan abidin*1) dari tempat saya bekerja. Dalam perjalanan ini ada 2 orang yang ditugaskan, yaitu saya dan satu lagi teman saya, sebut saja namanya pak Abdul. Kami ditugaskan selama 3 hari mulai tanggal 24 sampai dengan 26 September 2012. Namun karena beberapa sebab, saya baru menuliskannya sekarang.

Kami berangkat ke kota Semarang dengan menggunakan maskapai penerbangan Wings Air. Karena pak Abdul sedang ada urusan di pagi harinya, kami tidak dapat berangkat bersama. Saya berangkat terlebih dahulu, kemudian diikuti dengan pak Abdul dengan maskapai penerbangan yang sama pada jam berbeda.

Sekitar pukul 11.00 saya tiba di tempat tujuan diadakannya acara, yaitu di Hotel Ciputra yang terletak tidak jauh dari Simpang Lima Semarang. Acara belum dimulai. Sesuai undangan, check-in hotel baru dimulai pukul 12.00 sedangkan acara pembukaan dimulai pukul 16.00. Dengan badan kelelahan usai perjalanan, saya segera masuk ke hotel dan duduk beristirahat di loby. Hembusan udara sejuk AC terasa mengalir ke sekujur tubuh. Berbeda sekali dengan udara beberapa meter di luar gedung. Cukup panas.

Setelah aliran darah berangsur tenang saya menanyakan kepada resepsionis perihal acara dari Dikti. Petugas di resepsionis menyambut baik dan menunjukkan daftar perguruan tinggi peserta workshop. Walaupun belum waktunya untuk check-in untuk tamu regular, namun saya dipersilakan menuju kamar yang telah disiapkan panitia.

Sehari sebelumnya saya SMS Cak Nono, seorang MPers (blogger multiply) memberitahukan bahwa saya akan ke kota Semarang. Jika ada kesempatan siapa tahu bisa kopdar kopdar. Setelah leyeh-leyeh di kamar, saya SMS lagi bahwa sudah di Semarang dan menginap di Hotel Ciputra. Diapun mengatakan punya waktu longgar malam setelah maghrib ke atas. Akupun mengiyakan untuk bisa ketemu nanti malam.

Setelah sholat dhuhur matapun tak kuasa lagi bertahan dan akhirnya terlelap sampai sekitar jam 14.30. Menurut jadwal, seharusnya siang ini ada makan siang dari panitia. Langsung saya tanyakan ke petugas di jalan menuju ruang makan. Ternyata memang ada. Hidangan prasmanan sudah dipersiapkan.

Waktu menujukkan pukul 16.00. Saya tanyakan ke panitia tempat acara berlangsung. Saya lihat ruangan masih sepi. Seorang panitia tesebut mengatakan bahwa acara pembukaan diundur pukul 19.00. Daripada menunggu tidak ada kerjaan, saya SMS lagi Cak Nono. Menjelang maghrib dia pun datang. Acara kopdar kami isi dengan bicara ke sana dan kemari sambil mencicipi, lebih tepatnya memakan jajan yang ada beserta kopi dan teh yang dihidangkan sekaligus.
