Di suatu desa ada 3 orang pemuda sedang membicarakan impian masing-masing.
Pemuda 1;” Saya punya ide akan membuat perusahaan jasa penerbangan”
Pemuda 2 :”wah hebat benar ide lu….kalau aku punya ide menjadi manager bank internasional”
Pemuda 3 tidak mau ketinggalan : ” wah..hebat-hebat semuanya ide kalian, kalau gue sih idenya membuat Mall terbesar di indonesia”

Ketika 3 pemuda ini lagi asyik membicarakan ide-ide nya yg hebat lewatlah seorang kakek “Nak kalian lagi ngapain? ” sapa sang kakek. Lalu pemuda itu menjawab ” ini lho kek..kami sedang membahas idi-ide kami unutk sukses” jawab sang pemuda ,lalu sang kakek bertanya ” Memangnya ide kalian apa saja?” pemuda itu menyebutkan ide nya masing-masing,” wah hebat benar ide kalian” jawab sang kakek,”apa yang sudah kalian lakukan untuk mewujudkan ide itu?” tanya kakek, ketiga pemuda itu semuanya terdiam tidak ada satupun yang sudah melaksanakan ide yang hebat itu.

Lalu sang kakek memberi nasehat, “Nak, ide-ide kalian hebat tapi kalau ide itu tidak diwujudkan kalian tidak akan ke mana-mana, kalian tidak akan sukses kalau hanya membicarakan ide. Sebaiknya mulailah dari sekarang jangan ditunda -tunda“.
